Typical Day

9:00-9:30 MORNING INSPIRATION Gather together to energize and get excited about the day’s activities. This can include a mindful, confidence-boosting activity, an inspiring video, or a guest speaker.

9:30-10:15 YOGA A time spent calming the mind, balancing the body, and becoming focused on the power inside each BLOOMer.

10:15-11:30 BALLET Benefits of Ballet include: •Boosted Confidence •Enhanced Focus •Sharpened Critical Thinking Skills •Fosters a Great Work Ethic

11:30-12:30 LUNCH In addition to lunch, students will enjoy guest presenters and deepen relationships with one another.

12:30-1:45 JAZZ Benefits of Jazz Dance include: •Improved mood •Expression of mood and creativity

1:45-2:45 EMPOWER HOUR A social-emotional learning hour dedicated to mindful activities, arts & crafts, or discussions, exploring topics including self-talk, confidence, coping skills, teamwork.
